Why are we called Changing Our Minds?

I have devoted my life to learning how to help people change their minds to change their lives by studying the science behind the mind body connection, and learning teachable coaching practices that will regulate and soothe the nervous system. It's a fact that over time, exposure to stress and trauma cause dysregulation of one's entire bodily system.

Welcome to Changing Our Minds, your partner in personal development and growth. With a BS in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Walden University, I bring a strong academic foundation to my coaching practice. As a Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise and a Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional, I take a holistic approach with my clients. My extensive training in neurosomatic techniques allows me to effectively address issues like nervous system deregulation depression, and anxiety, guiding you towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
